Liveblogging Day 5: Daily Summary
By Julia Rosen
Wow! Can you believe it’s only been week one of the trial?
The plaintiffs have not made it through all of their witnesses yet, so we have quite a ways to go. It’s a long weekend remember, so we won’t be back liveblogging the proceedings until Tuesday.
As is tradition, below is the daily summary of the liveblogging in chronological order. Remember that the categories over on the right column are a useful way to navigate through the site, for example to find all of the liveblog postings, or the daily summaries. (more…)

Liveblogging Day 4: Daily Summary
By Julia Rosen
Well this one was a long one, with Judge Walker continuing the cross-examination of Dr. Meyer well past 5 pm.
As has become tradition here, the compiled liveblogging from Rick Jacobs is below. You can find all of the Daily Summaries here. They will all be categorized and appear there. Same with liveblogging, all of the posts are here. Per a reader’s suggestion, we have added a category cloud on the right side bar. It should make navigating the site easier.
Rick will be back in that hard seat hammering out the live coverage of day five tomorrow morning first thing. (more…)

Liveblogging Day 3: Daily Summary
By Julia Rosen
Wow, what a day. Paul Hogarth cranked out eight different liveblog posts and still found time to do some legal analysis during the breaks.
Rick Jacobs will be back at the helm tomorrow, but Paul won’t be going far. We are pleased to announce that Paul is going to stick around and do some more longer form analysis. It is part of our efforts to beef up coverage, now that the trial will not be televised. So expect a few posts a day from Paul, along with Rick’s liveblogging and mine and Robert’s blogging.
And with out further ado, here is the daily summary of Paul’s postings. (more…)

Liveblogging Day 1: Daily Summary
By Julia Rosen
Several people have requested that Rick’s liveblogging be placed into one post so that it is easy to share with friends and family members. Per that request, I have copied in chronological order the five liveblogging threads from today.
I’m happy to announce that Rick is staying an extra night in San Francisco to liveblog tomorrow’s proceedings. So, please check back throughout the day as he documents the second day of the trial.
