I am very CONFUSED by the content of this blog. I was hoping for a TRANSCRIPT of the proceedings, not an editorialized interpretation.

WHY CAN'T WE HAVE AN ACCURATE TRANSCRIPT so we can read for ourselves what is being said in the examinations?

Commentary is fine, but not here. WHERE IS THE TRANSCRIPT?

I'm afraid this summary was compiled with significant errors!
Some parts are being repeated, and some other parts are missing!
I had to go back to reading from the original Rick's posts.
Please, make an effort and recompile this summary in a proper way, so we could link people for one-page-per-day reading!

Thank you so much for doing all this work. I really feel like I'm in the courtroom when I read this material.

Actually, Olson and two of the plaintiffs were on THE TODAY SHOW this morning. Didn't see it or know if it is available on line.

Thank you Rick for the information so far and to Paul for stepping in and keeping the information flowing. I know that listening to the prop 8 group was hard. Just reading what you are reporting was hard for me. Please keep it coming. Thanks

If marriage is primarily about procreation, then hetero infertile couples will be disappointed to learn that their marriages could be invalidated under this new definition.

Thanks for keeping the public updated. Besides NPR, there is no word that this trial is even underway.

I am a public school teacher in CA with a professional clear credential and an MS in curriculum and instruction and no where in the California Content Standards is marriage discussed.
